Course Period Creation Error (PHP warning, XAMPP)

Hello All,
When I try to create a course period it reads the error message "Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in D:\xampp\htdocs\rosariosis\functions\GetMP.php on line 338" It might be a problem with my configuration, I'm not sure if I need to do anything because it seems to let me still create a course period.

XAMPP is configured for development purposes, not production.
