So, I tried the Rollover today for the first time, and I think I might have done something wrong. There are two schools on our RosarioSIS, Primary and Secondary school. On the Secondary school dashboard, I clicked the Rollover button and followed the steps. I also did the same for the Primary school. The Secondary school students appear to have carried over to the new school year, but not the Primary school students. In addition, when I try to add a new student to either school, the student user does not show up. When looking directly in the database, I can see that the student user does exist.
I am not sure exactly what I messed up, but I would sincerely appreciate any guidance you can provide, please

Edit: Ok, never mind about the issue with not seeing newly created student users. The student user was marked as inactive because the school year had not started yet, resulting in the student user not displaying. I set the student user's enrollment date to today, and now it is fine. I am still, however, having issues with the primary school students who did not roll over to the new school year.
