Login with Google Error

I am writing as our Login with Google is not working. We have set it up properly and have had excellent luck with it. Until recently, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, due to power failures we lost our server and had to reconstruct. We rebuilt the critical data and left the add-ons for later. Now, our Google won't connect. Our OAuth and google side has not changed. We replaced the link from RosarioSIS and copied it to Google and still have the same issue. We keep receiving a HTTP Error 500. Any ideas?

RosarioSIS 7.6+, PHP 7.0+ and the openssl PHP extension

Otherwise, you can get the 500 error message in the Apache error.log

The message will indicate the cause of the error.
